Job Field: Customer Service / Customer Experience Experience: 4–10 years Qualification: BSc/B.Ed/HND/OND/NCE About the Role Iknorbert Communications Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints and ensure a smooth customer experience across its service channels. Key Responsibilities • Handle enquiries about orders, deliveries and product availability. • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues. • Provide timely order updates and communicate delays to customers. • Handle product complaints and customer escalations. • Maintain prompt responses to live chat enquiries. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions. • Identify recurring complaints and recommend service improvements. Requirements • BSc/B.Ed/HND/OND/NCE in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field. • 4–10 years' customer service experience; call centre experience is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong problem-solving, organisational and time-management skills. • Good computer skills and familiarity with customer service software. • Ability to work independently and in a team.
